EZ Air Park will remain open 24/7 with regularly operating shuttles to serve those who plan to travel. We are happy to offer contact-free transactions to our customers.
Book a reservation online on our website with your credit card. You will receive a confirmation email with a bar code for entry and exit. Print out the voucher or save on your smart phone for entry.
When you arrive, scan your reservation voucher bar code to open the gate. There is no need to press for a ticket. When the gate arm lifts, proceed to the assigned parking row and wait in/at your car for the shuttle.
The shuttle will pull up to your vehicle for door-to-door service. Gather all of your luggage, lock your car and keep your keys. Our drivers will help with luggage if specifically requested.
When you return, head to the auto-pay lane. Scan your reservation voucher barcode to complete the transaction and our system will charge the credit card you used to book your reservation.
The safety of our customers and employees is very important to us.
We are making changes to some of our routines to make sure we keep our employees and you, our customers, as safe as possible:
-Employees are disinfecting surfaces in our buses and on our ticketing and payment equipment frequently. Buses are fully cleaned at the end of each day after use and parked for 3 days before use again.
-Our employees will be taking frequent breaks to wash and sanitize their hands
-Employees that are concerned for their health or are not feeling well themselves, are being asked to stay home
-Drivers will limit luggage handling for customers unless help is specifically requested
-We recommend using our self-serve auto-exit and paying by credit card to minimize exchange of cash and credit payments with the cashier
-Masks are required for our employees whenever helping customers in the booth and in the buses.
-Masks are required for our customer while in our shuttle buses per a State mandate effective July 25, 2020 until further notice.
